Toutes nos créations sont imaginées et fabriquées dans la Drôme, en France.
Comment prendre soin de mes produits ?
Nos produits sont de haute qualité avec des matériaux résistants et qualitatifs.
Pour une protection optimale, nous appliquons 3 à 4 couches de peinture puis 2 à 3 vernis pour qu'ils tiennent toute une vie !
De ce fait, tous nos produits sont LESSIVABLES !
Pour les nettoyer, nous vous recommandons d'utiliser un tissu humide et d'essuyer avec un chiffon sec en microfibre.
Il est important de noter que ce vernis est conçu pour un usage INTÉRIEUR, par conséquent, les pièces ne doivent pas être exposées en extérieur.
Comment fixer les produits au mur ?
Nos produits sont réfléchis pour être très simple d’installation.
Les étagères, miroirs et tableaux nécessitent de percer le mur.
Nous vous fournissons les chevilles et vis adaptées à tous types de murs (placo, béton, briques...).
Les instructions d'installation sont également fournies.
Pas de panique, c'est très simple ;)
Comment accrocher les aimants adhésifs ?
C'est très simple toutes les instructions vous sont données dans l'emballage :
‼️ L'adhésif doit être appliqué sur une surface plane ‼️
Suivez les instructions ci-dessous :
1. Nettoyer la surface à l'aide de la lingette désinfectante fournie pour éliminer toutes les poussières et saletés qui peuvent empêcher la mauvaise tenue de l'adhésif.
2. Coller soigneusement l'étiquette adhésive blanche fournie, elle permettra de ne pas abîmer vos murs
3. Retirer délicatement l'autocollant de l'adhésif.
4. Placer l'aimant puis exercer une pression circulaire sur celui-ci avec ton pouce pendant 30 secondes.
5. Patienter au moins 24 heures avant de fixer votre décoration sur l'aimant pour assurer une adhérence complète au mur.

Je démènage, puis-je réinstaller mon produit ?
Oui, sans problème !
Pour les étagères, les miroirs et les tableaux il vous suffit de les dévisser et de récupérer les vis.
Pour les décorations avec aimants adhésif, il vous faudra un nouvel aimant adhésif pour les réinstaller, contactez-nous pour que l'on vous en renvoie un !

Quels sont les frais de livraison ?
Nous vous offrons les frais de livraison en point relais dès 50€ d'achat (en France métropolitaine).
Pour les frais de livraison à domicile cela dépend du poids du colis. Comptez entre 5 et 35 euros.
Quels sont les délais de livraison ?
Nos produits sont expédiés sous 3 jours ouvrés.
La durée de transport varie selon le mode de livraison choisi :
- Livraison en point relai : 3 à 5 jours ouvrés.
- Livraison à domicile : 2 à 4 jours ouvrés.
Une fois le colis envoyé, vous recevrez un mail de confirmation avec le lien de suivi du transporteur.
